By accessing or using Idea Validator (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Idea Validator uses artificial intelligence, including large language models and automated web and social media research, to generate reports assessing the viability of business and startup ideas submitted by users. Reports may include a verdict, confidence score, competitor analysis, market sizing estimates, and other commentary.

All reports, scores, verdicts, feasibility studies, and chat responses produced by the Service (“Reports”) are generated automatically by artificial intelligence and are provided strictly for general informational and educational purposes.

Reports do not constitute, and should not be relied upon as, financial, legal, business, investment, tax, or other professional advice. The Service does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship of any kind between you and Idea Validator. You should consult qualified professionals (such as accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, or industry experts) before making any business, financial, or investment decision.

The Service and all Reports are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, outdated, or factually incorrect, and may reference competitors, market data, sources, or figures that are inaccurate or fabricated (“hallucinated”). We do not guarantee that any Report is accurate, reliable, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we make no representation that market research, competitor information, or source citations included in a Report are current or correct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Idea Validator and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any Report.

You acknowledge and agree that any business, financial, operational, or strategic decision you make in reliance on a Report — including a decision to pursue, abandon, fund, or pivot a business idea — is made entirely at your own risk. Idea Validator disclaims all liability for losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from decisions based on the Service, whether those decisions are made by you, your business, your investors, or any third party.

To the extent any liability cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some features require creating an account via our authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content for illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Submit a Report to investors, lenders, regulators, or other third parties while representing it as professional advice, audited research, or a guarantee of business viability;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or circumvent usage limits; or
• Submit content that infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You retain ownership of the idea details you submit. Subject to these Terms, you may use Reports generated for you for your own internal or external business purposes. The Service itself, including its software, design, and branding, remains the property of Idea Validator and its licensors.

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including an AI model provider for generating Reports, authentication and billing providers, database hosting, and web/social search providers used to gather source material. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is shared with these providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or acts of these third parties.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Idea Validator operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
